Shallow, rocky soils like their's tend to produce Cabernet Sauvignon of grace and finesse. There is plenty of that here. But itÆs still packed with flavor and loaded with complex berry fruit, a soft, sensual style with sweet tannin, plenty of tar, black currant, and licorice. It should drink well for 7-8 years"
